We Are Dedicated to Improving Lives in Kenya - Physically and Spiritually.

We strive to help Kenyans by providing water wells in dry, impoverished areas; by developing vocational training opportunities; by providing resources for street kids/orphans to obtain education grades 1-12 and even university or trade school; and by training church leaders on solid marriage principles for their families and churches.

You Can Help

We Are Dedicated to Improving Lives in Kenya - Physically and Spiritually.

We Are Dedicated to Improving Lives in Kenya - Physically and Spiritually.

Time, effort and funding are necessary to drill water wells, to place street kids/orphans in homes and schools, to provide tuition and living costs  to university/trade school students, to develop vocational schools, to organize training conferences and to travel to oversee our efforts.  You can help!

Vision and Mission

Mission

To develop a communication network and a functional network of leaders and missions to benefit the people of Kenya and advance the Kingdom of God.

Mission Objectives

  • Establish new and enhance existing projects to build water wells and bring Jesus to drought-stricken areas of Kenya.
  • Develop   the  vocational  training  school/feminine  hygiene  project  in  Baringo  to  production,  and  then  financial  independence  (Stitches  and  Beads).
  • Strengthen and support Mission Barnabas's efforts to educate and provide resources to Kenyan pastors.
  • Support Sew What, a vocational training school in the slum town of Kasarani, Kenya.
  • Strengthen and expand existing work with orphans and street kids in Kitale with Pastor Rutenbar,

Network Relationships

  1. Gateway Church (Southlake, TX): Spiritual covering and primary resource
  2. Mission Barnabas: Contacts and connections with Ronnie and Debbie Matheny and their pastor training network in Kenya (Clarence Matheny Ministries).
  3. Steve Rutenbar:  Reaching Beyond Ourselves Ministry and Saddleback Church.
  4. Good  Works  Now;  Ron  Hogue  with  ministry  work in  Baringo  County,  Kenya.

Ministry Trip Plans and Needs

  1. Develop sources of funding to locate sites for and install water wells.
  2. Raise funds to help orphanages, clinics, street kids and bring supplies for the school children.
  3. Provide Bibles, books and reference materials for pastors.
  4. Provide  feminine  hygiene  products  to  thousands  of  Impoverished  Kenyan  young  women in  rural  schools,  first  in  Baringo  County,  and  beyond.
  5. Plan for one or two travel-funded mission trips each year to accomplish network objectives, including:  Visiting Matheny's Pastor Conference, visit  existing well sites, visit our students,  and a trip out in "the bush" to   Baringo  County  and rural villages to manage and support vocational/Christian ministries.  Strengthen faith and encourage spiritual growth with all believers participating in mission teams.  Expand the experience and outreach of believers.

Marriage Conferences

Our most recent Marriage Conference for Pastors and their wife in Marigat, Kenya. Thanks to Gateway Church and Mission Barnabas  for partnering with us.

Resources for young Women

Our Sewing School

A Self-Sustaining Community

Our vision is to provide a trade school in the village of Marigat, Kenya  (Baringo  County)  The school will be open to those residents who have a desire to learn the trade of sewing and who want to participate in and earn money from the humanitarian effort to provide feminine hygiene pads to young girls who can miss up to a week of school every month because they do not have the means to provide for themselves the basic need of protection from their monthly menstrual cycle.

The goal of the school will also be to reach out to the community to make uniforms for school children. We will also reach out to nearby resorts in the area to supply their gift shops with items to sell for the tourists. The uniforms and products sales from the resorts will provide funds to help the school eventually become self-sustaining.

To complete our vision, we believe this school is God ordained. 1 John 3:17-19  "If you see some brother or sister in need and have the means to do something about it, but turn a cold shoulder and do nothing, what happens to God's love?   It disappears.   And you made it disappear.  My dear children, let's not just talk about love, let's practice real love.   This is the only way we'll know we're living truly, living in God's reality."
